MultiSkills Training (MST) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised training. We have a commitment to helping people achieve their learning goals in a practical and supportive learning environment. This course is designed for individuals to gain the skills and knowledge required to work safely in the construction industry primarily as a residential or commercial scaffolder. The course also provides individuals extra skills and knowledge in the safe operation to Perform Dogging and Operating a Forklift.

Includes the following WorkSafe Licences:

  • Basic Scaffolding (SB)

  • Intermediate Scaffolding (SI)

  • Dogging (DG)

  • Forklift Truck Operation (LF)

  • Basic Rigging (RB)

COURSE STRUCTURE

  • CPCCOHS2001A - Apply OHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry
  • CPCCCM1012A - Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry
  • CPCCCM1013A - Plan and organise work
  • CPCCCM1014A - Conduct workplace communication
  • CPCCCM1015A - Carry out measurements and calculations
  • CPCCCM2001A - Read and interpret plans and specifications
  • CPCCSC2001A - Safely handle and use scaffolding tools and equipment
  • CPCCLSF2001A - Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding basic level
  • CPCCLSF3001A - Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level
  • CPCCSC2002A - Erect and dismantle basic scaffolding
  • CPCCCLDG3001A - Licence to perform dogging
  • TLILIC2001 - Licence to operate a forklift truck
  • CPCCLRG3001A - Licence to perform rigging basic level

Important Information:

Duration - 32 days (Minimum 12 month duration)

Assessment method:

As per WorkSafe requirements the licence assessment encompasses a knowledge, performance and calculations assessment
Additional Information:

The licence to perform High Risk Work is issued by WorkSafe. When the assessor deems you competent in your Licence assessment, you are issued with a Notice of Assessment which you must lodge at the Post ce within 60 days to obtain your Licence from WorkSafe. This incurs a $60 fee to WorkSafe

• Proof of identity: WorkSafe Victoria and regulations require all students undertaking the training are to provide valid proof of identity. A list of acceptable Proof of Identity documents is provided at worksafe.vic.gov.au or call 1800 754 557
